IMPORTANCIA DE EDUCAR Tal vez asociar la educación
a la diversión no sea lo más común, pero los que estamos
en el negocio del entretenimiento tenemos que entender la importancia de la formación. Educando
se consigue seguridad. Educando se consigue eficiencia. Educando se consigue convivencia.
Educando se consigue satisfacción. Hoy no debería
haber tema más importante dentro de la industria del entretenimiento que
la seguridad. Es prioridad para IAAPA y desde ya es prioridad para AAPA. Para
esto es necesario formar al personal para que entienda la importancia de una operación
segura. Una vez que el personal esté concientizado podrá actuar
preventivamente y además educar a los clientes.
Como muestra de esta
prioridad IAAPA ha desarrollado numerosas conferencias al respecto y con el apoyo
de las diferentes Asociaciones Nacionales se le dio un gran impulso a este delicado
tema en la región. El hito mayor fue la presencia de
Greg Hale en la Argentina gracias a un inmenso esfuerzo de AAPA y IAAPA. Jorge
Lago, presidente de AAPA es integrante del Sub Comité de seguridad del
Comité Latinoamericano de IAAPA.
Otro hito fue el Seminario para el
Alto Gerenciamiento de la Industria del Entretenimiento que se hizo en Buenos
Aires durante este año y que tuvo el honor de contar en su apertura a Chip
Cleary, CEO de IAAPA. Tal es la importancia de la educación
que este año se creó el Subcomité de Educación del
Comité Latinoamericano de IAAPA que tengo el honor de presidir. También
formo parte del Comité de Educación de IAAPA, teniendo así
Argentina cada vez más presencia en los diferentes comités de IAAPA. La
tendencia es que la educación sea cada vez más importante en esta
industria y la AAPA seguirá trabajando fuertemente para seguir la corriente
mundial.

THE IMPORTANCE OF EDUCATING
Perhaps associate
the education to the amusement is not the most common thing, but those who are
in the entertainment business have to understand the importance of the education. Security
is achieved by educating. Efficiency is achieved by
educating.
Coexistence is achieved by educating. Satisfaction is achieved
by educating. Today there should
be no more important topic within the entertainment industry than the security.
It is priority to IAAPA and it is already for AAPA. For this it is necessary to
train the staff so that they understand the importance of a sure operation. Once
the staff become aware of the situation will be able to act preventively and also
educate the clients.
As sample of this priority
IAAPA has developed numerous conferences in this regard and with the support of
the different National Associations it was given a great impulse to this delicate
topic in the region. The major
milestone was Greg Hale presence in Argentina thanks to a huge effort of AAPA
and IAAPA. Jorge Lago, AAPA´s

.
Another milestone was the Seminar for the High Management of the Entertainment
Industry that was done in Buenos Aires during this year and we had the honour
of counting in its opening with Chip Cleary, CEO of IAAPA. Such
it is the importance of the education that this year was created the Subcommittee
of Education of IAAPA Latin American Committee that I have the honour of presiding.
I am also part of IAAPA Committee of Education , having by this way Argentina
more and more presence in the different committees of IAAPA. The
tendency is that the education becomes increasingly important in this industry
and AAPA will continue working hardly to follow the current world.
